What you need
- Passport with at least six months' validity remaining
- Travellers under 18: unabridged birth certificate, valid passport, and an affidavit from any parent not travelling
- Recommended spending money from R5,000, plus a budget for entry fees and activities
- Yellow fever certificate if you have travelled through an East or Central African country
- Modest clothing for the medinas and religious sites
- Comfortable walking shoes — Marrakech is walked, and the Ouzoud falls involve a hike
