What's included

The charm and elegance of Western Europe. The iconic streets of Paris with the Eiffel Tower. The historic heart of Brussels — a small city and a genuine hidden gem, with far more to see than people expect. And the picturesque canals of Amsterdam.

Seamless high-speed train connections between all three cities, all included. Within each city we use the local metro, trams and the hop-on tour bus — affordable and easy to get around on.

Package includes

  • International flights (JNB ↔ Paris)
  • Inter-city train tickets — Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam
  • Accommodation (shared)
  • All breakfast meals
  • Welcome dinner
  • Paris city tour
  • Brussels city tour
  • Amsterdam full-day tour tickets

  • Entry to sites on the Amsterdam day where a charge applies — at cost
  • Lunches and dinners unless stated
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses and visa fees

Optional activities

  • Louvre Museum entrance
  • Disneyland Paris — a firm favourite with our travellers
  • Palace of Versailles
  • Eiffel Tower summit access
  • Museum entries in Brussels and Amsterdam
  • Amsterdam by night, including the Red Light District

All paid directly at your own cost.

What you need

  • Passport with at least six months' validity remaining
  • Schengen visa — apply as early as you can. Through Capago or VFS it is usually quicker than people expect, but early gives you room to reapply if anything needs strengthening
  • Travellers under 18: unabridged birth certificate, valid passport, and an affidavit from any parent not travelling
  • Recommended spending money from R10,000 — lunches and dinners are not included and Europe adds up quickly if you do not plan
  • Comfortable walking shoes and a light rain jacket
  • Check the forecast the week before you fly. May and September can swing from warm to cold with little warning — we have had one group in shirtsleeves and the next in coats
